Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before engaging Raspberry HQ LLC ("Raspberry HQ", "we", "us", "our"), located at 155 Elmont Rd, Elmont, NY 11003. By placing an order, signing a quote, or using raspberryhq.com, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Raspberry HQ designs, manufactures, and installs signage products including neon signs, LED neon, channel letters, LED digital displays, pylon signs, monument signs, vehicle graphics, and wayfinding systems. The scope of work for each project is defined in the written quote accepted by the Client. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project value is required upon quote acceptance before any design or fabrication work begins.
The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch or installation commencement. No goods will be dispatched until full payment is received, unless a credit account has been agreed in writing.
Invoices unpaid within 14 days of due date will incur interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to withhold delivery for overdue accounts. The Client is responsible for any collection costs incurred.
We accept ACH/bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex — subject to a 3% processing fee), and business check. Payments are not considered received until funds have cleared.
Lead times are estimates only. Raspberry HQ will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control including supplier delays, weather events, or force majeure.
Delivery costs are not included unless explicitly stated. Risk in goods passes to the Client upon dispatch. We recommend insurance for high-value shipments. Raspberry HQ is not responsible for transit damage once goods leave our facility in good condition.
Where installation is included, the Client must ensure safe, unobstructed site access on the agreed date. If access is unavailable, a re-attendance fee of $250 applies. The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and landlord approvals prior to installation.
The warranty does not cover: misuse or mishandling; exposure outside rated specifications; unauthorized modification; vandalism; normal wear and tear; failure to follow care instructions.
To make a warranty claim, contact warranty@raspberryhq.com with photos and a description. We will respond within 5 business days.
All custom-fabricated products (neon signs, channel letters, bespoke signage) are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced. The 50% deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. If you cancel before fabrication, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellation after fabrication begins may incur additional charges up to the full project cost.
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, consistent with your rights under applicable US consumer protection law.
To the extent permitted by law, Raspberry HQ's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months. Raspberry HQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Raspberry HQ retains ownership of all designs and creative works we produce unless a written IP assignment is executed. The Client grants Raspberry HQ a non-exclusive licence to display photos of completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing. Notify us in writing to opt out.
The Client warrants that any artwork or brand assets supplied are owned by the Client or properly licensed for use in signage fabrication.
